Sand and Gravel Excavation Act Article 29
A sand and gravel excavator shall designate a responsible person and a technical supervisor for the sand and gravel excavation field and report their appointments to the Competent Authority of the Special Municipality or County (City) for review and record; the same shall apply to any change thereof.Regulations governing the qualifications, appointment, and dismissal of the responsible person and technical supervisor of a sand and gravel excavation field shall be prescribed by the Central Competent Authority.
