Sand and Gravel Excavation Act Article 25
When a Sand and Gravel Excavation Permit is rescinded or revoked, both the Sand and Gravel Excavation Permit Certificate and the Sand and Gravel Excavation Field Registration Certificate pertaining to that permit shall be cancelled.
