Sand and Gravel Excavation Act Article 22
When a sand and gravel excavator applies to the Competent Authority of the Special Municipality or County (City) for area reduction or correction of a sand and gravel excavation area, the following documents shall be submitted:1. The documents specified in Subparagraphs 1 through 3 and 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 10. If the application is for correction, the documents specified in Subparagraph 4 of the same Paragraph shall also be submitted.2. A map showing the relationship between the old and new sand and gravel excavation areas.3. A statement of reasons.

土石採取人申請土石採取區減區或更正時，應檢具下列書件，向直轄市、縣（市）主管機關為之：
一、第十條第一項第一款至第三款及第五款規定書件。
其為更正者，並應加具同條項第四款規定之書件。
二、土石採取區新舊關係圖。
三、理由書。
