Sand and Gravel Excavation Act Article 15
Upon permitting a sand and gravel excavation case, the Competent Authority of the Special Municipality or County (City) shall record it in the Sand and Gravel Excavation Area Register and submit the relevant drawings and documents to the Central Competent Authority for record.For a permitted sand and gravel excavation area, the Competent Authority of the Special Municipality or County (City) shall also prepare an external transport route network map of the area and make it available for public viewing.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關許可土石採取案件，應登載於土石採取區登記簿，並檢同有關圖說，報請中央主管機關備查。
經許可採取之土石採取區，直轄市、縣（市）主管機關並應繪製土石採取區聯絡圖，公開閱覽。
