Regulations Regarding the Allocation Arrangement of Daily Necessities in Shortage Period Article 5
Security stockpile for each non-gratuitous rationing item:1. Rice: 3 month supply.2. Edible oils(1) Finished products: 1 month supply(2) Material: 2 month supply3. Culinary salt(1) Finished products: 1 month supply(2) Material: 2 month supply4. Infant and follow-on formulas: 3 month supply.5. Liquefied petroleum gas: the average sales volume and usage volume in the past twelve months and no less than twenty-five days of supply.The security stockpile of non-gratuitous rationing items in the preceding subparagraphs shall be prepared and included in annual readiness plan respectively by Agriculture and Food Agency, Ministry of Agriculture, Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and Energy Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs.

前項各款配售品項安全存量，分別由農業部農糧署、經濟部產業發展署、衛生福利部食品藥物管理署及經濟部能源署納入年度整備事項。
