Rules Governing Assessment and Mediation Committee for Integrated Circuit Layout Article 2
The authority in charge of circuit layout affairs shall set up the Assessment and Mediation Committee for Integrated Circuit Layout (hereafter the "Committee") to handle the following matters concerning circuit layout rights: Assessment assigned by the courts. Mediation of disputes. Compulsory license Other relevant matters.
