Act of the Organization of Intellectual Property Office, Ministry of Economic Affairs Article 3
Under the Office, there shall be seven (7) individual operational departments and a legal affairs division to take charge of and to carry out the duties set forth in the preceding Article respectively. Operational sections may be set up under each department.
