Forensic Pathologist Act Article 9
Inspections conducted according to the prescriptions the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be performed by a forensic pathologist or an examiner unless otherwise specified by this Act.Autopsies shall be performed by a forensic pathologist unless otherwise specified by this Act.
