Forensic Pathologist Act Article 39

Whoever violates Article 14 paragraph 1 or paragraph 2, Article 16 or Article 17 paragraph 1 or paragraph 2 shall be fined not less than NT20,000 nor more than NT100,000. The competent authority shall also order such person to make improvements within a specified time period. Such person may be fined for each violation of an improvement order.
