Forensic Pathologist Act Article 36
The Forensic Pathologists Discipline Committee and the Forensic Pathologists Discipline Review Committee shall be selected from forensic pathology experts, legal professionals, scholars and social elites. No less than one third of the committee members shall be selected from legal professionals, scholars and social elites.Establishment, composition, and meeting procedure of the Forensic Pathologists Discipline Committee and the Forensic Pathologists Discipline Review Committee and procedure, requirements for resolutions and other compliance related matters shall be stipulated by the competent authority.

法醫師懲戒委員會、法醫師懲戒覆審委員會之委員，應就不具民意代表身分之法醫學、法學專家、學者及社會人士遴聘之，其中法學專家、學者及社會人士之比例不得少於三分之一。
法醫師懲戒委員會及法醫師懲戒覆審委員會之設置、組織、會議召開、懲戒與覆審處理程序、決議方式及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由主管機關定之。
