Forensic Pathologist Act Article 18
A forensic pathologist shall personally perform the practice and maintain records of practice.Records of practice prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall be signed or sealed by the forensic pathologist; the forensic pathologist making the records shall endorse upon the records the year, month and date of preparation of the records.Records of practice prescribed in the preceding paragraph of this article shall be kept at least twenty years.
