The scope of practice of a forensic pathologist includes:1. Human identification;2. Forensic identification of trauma;The scope of practice of forensic pathology specialist includes:1. Sexual assault forensic examination;2. Forensic assessments for child abuse;3. Forensic identification of pregnancy and abortion;4. Dental forensic identification;5. Forensic mental health;6. Paternity forensic identification;7. Other forensic identification services appointed by the competent authority.

六、親子血緣法醫鑑定。
七、其他經主管機關指定之法醫鑑定業務。
