Forensic Pathologist Act Article 11
A forensic pathologist shall complete an inspection report following inspecting the body of a deceased person, an autopsy report following conducting an autopsy and an identification report following identifying the cause of death.The formation of reports set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be stipulated by the competent authority.

法醫師檢驗屍體後，應製作檢驗報告書；解剖屍體後，應製作解剖報告書；鑑定死因後，應製作鑑定報告書。
