Detention Act Article 60
A detention center should arrange visits on weekdays, and may consider permitting visits on public holidays or other rest days.Unless otherwise stipulated by law, a defendant may receive visitors once a day for a period of no more than thirty minutes each time. However, the number or the duration of visit may be added or extended if deemed necessary by a senior detention center official.

看守所應於平日辦理接見；國定例假日或其他休息日之接見，得由看守所斟酌情形辦理之。
