Detention Act Article 40
A detention center may appoint or invite people with relevant knowledge or passion for counseling to assist in counseling activities. A detention center may also recruit people interested in public welfare initiatives as volunteers to assist in counseling work.The volunteers specified in the preceding paragraph shall be reported by the detention center to the supervisory authority for approval before their recruitment.

看守所得聘請或邀請具生活輔導相關知識或熱誠之社會人士，協助輔導活動，並得延聘熱心公益社會人士為志工，協助生活輔導工作。
