Detention Act Article 107
A detention center shall immediately release the defendant upon receiving the notice in the preceding article. However the detention center should verify the identity data on the defendant created upon his/her admission before releasing the defendant.If a court or prosecutor releases a defendant in court, they should notify the detention center immediately.

看守所收受前條通知書後，應立即釋放被告，釋放前應與入所時所建立之人別辨識資料核對明確。
法院或檢察官當庭釋放被告者，應即通知看守所。
