The Enforcement Rules of the Prison Act Article 51

During maintenance or cancellation of any prisoner’s parole, if the Prison discovers that the parole should be or may be cancelled in accordance with Article 78 of the Criminal Code or Article 74-3 of the Rehabilitative Disposition Execution Act, the Prison shall only cancel the parole and shall not engage in further handling.
