The Enforcement Rules of the Prison Act Article 13
Prisoners shall be numbered following admission. A prisoner identity book shall be established with information of their names and places of origin.The identity book and the information of names and places of origin under the preceding paragraph may be prepared in writing, in the electronic version or in other proper manners.
