The Enforcement Rules of the Prison Act Article 10

“New admission” provided in Paragraph 1, Article 11 of the Act refers to the admission of a prisoner by a Prison in accordance with Article 10 of the Act and excludes the transfer of any prisoner from another prison in accordance with Article 17 of the Act.
