Prison Act Article 68
The prison shall arrange visits on weekdays, and may consider permitting visits on public holidays or other rest days.Unless otherwise stipulated by law, an inmate may receive visitors once every week for a period of no more than thirty minutes. However, the number or the duration of visit may be added or extended if a senior prison official deems it necessary.

監獄應於平日辦理接見；國定例假日或其他休息日之接見，得由監獄斟酌情形辦理之。
受刑人之接見，除法規另有規定外，每星期一次，接見時間以三十分鐘為限。
