Prison Act Article 66
Unless otherwise stipulated by law, no medical or scientific experiment that may damage a person's health can be conducted on an inmate even with the consent of the inmate.Unless otherwise stipulated by law, blood or other specimens taken from an inmate for diagnosis, treatment or health examination cannot be utilized for any other purposes.

任何可能有損健康之醫學或科學試驗，除法律另有規定外，縱經受刑人同意，亦不得為之。
