Prison Act Article 141
When an inmate is released, the prison shall consider his/her health status and instruct the inmate to prepare suitable clothing and traveling expenses.Where the inmate cannot prepare sufficient clothing or travel expenses, the prison shall notify the local after-care association or relevant organizations to consider providing assistance.

釋放時，應斟酌被釋放者之健康，並按時令使其準備相當之衣類及出獄旅費。
前項衣類、旅費不敷時，監獄應通知當地更生保護團體或相關團體斟酌給與之。
