Regulations Governing the Handling of the Inmates’ Financial Difficulties for Medical Treatment in Prisons and Detention Centers Article 4
Inmates having one of the circumstances under the preceding article shall submit application with proofs to authorities, before treatments or within 3 months after receiving treatments.Inmate shall re-apply in accordance with the preceding paragraph if after 6 months since the determination by the authorities, his/her financial condition has not improved.

收容人有前條各款情形之一者，應於醫師診治前或接受診治後三個月內，檢具證明文件向機關提出申請。
收容人之經濟困難狀況於認定之日起六個月後仍未改善者，應依前項規定重新提出申請。
