Regulations Governing the Security of Rehabilitation Institutions Article 10
For the purpose of maintaining order and security, the enforcement institution may, if necessary, require the person receiving disposition to wear specific clothing, and may take photographs or record their physical characteristics, as a means of identifying the person receiving disposition.The enforcement institution may require a person receiving disposition to shave and take bath in order to maintain public health and/or personal hygiene.

執行處所為維護秩序及安全，必要時得要求受處分人穿著一定之服裝，並得以照相或記錄其身體特徵作為辨識受處分人身分之方式。
