Rehabilitative Disposition Execution Act Article 84
The prosecutor shall submit the detailed process of the disposition of deportation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. When deemed necessary, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall inform the embassy of Republic of China located in the country of the person under imprisonment in Republic of China.
