Rehabilitative Disposition Execution Act Article 63
When the person under imprisonment is deceased, his/her labor wages or pension shall be collected by his/her closest relatives, family members, or other entitled persons.The collection prescribed in the preceding paragraph shall be completed within six (6) months after the chief of the compulsory work place delivers the notification.

受處分人死亡時，其勞作金或撫卹金，交付本人之最近親屬、家屬或其他應得之人領取。
