Rehabilitative Disposition Execution Act Article 15
Places of rehabilitative disposition execution shall enforce proper security under different circumstances; the security personnel may take necessary measures for restraining or excluding hazard.Regulations on the conditions and the methods of the security enforced by places of rehabilitative disposition execution under the preceding paragraph, the qualifications, selection of security personnel, and the kinds and restriction of necessary measures taken and other relevant matters shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Justice.

保安處分執行處所應分別情形，施以適當之戒護；戒護人員為制止或排除危害，得採取必要之措施。
前項保安處分執行處所施以戒護之條件、方式，戒護人員之資格、遴用、採取必要措施之種類與限制及其他相關事項之辦法，由法務部定之。
