The Implementation Regulation for Leave of Prisoners Article 13
When a prisoner has an event under Paragraph 4, Article 29 of the Prison Act, the Prison shall report to the supervisory authority, notify the local police authority and forward the prisoner to the prosecution authority with jurisdiction for further investigation.
