Regulations Governing Physical and Psychological Treatment, Counseling, and Education for Prisoners Convicted of Sexual and Morality Offenses Article 5
Enforcement authorities shall formulate plans for the implementation of physical and psychological treatment, counseling, and education for prisoners convicted of sexual and morality offenses and submit such plans to the supervisory authority for approval. Implementation status shall be reported to the supervisory authority for recordation on an annual basis.
