Regulations Governing Physical and Psychological Treatment, Counseling, and Education for Prisoners Convicted of Sexual and Morality Offenses Article 2
The term “enforcement authority” herein shall refer to correctional facilities designated by the supervisory authority to provide physical and psychological treatment, counseling, and education for prisoners convicted of sexual and morality offenses.
