Statute of Progressive Execution of Penalty Article 70
Where the warden shall deem the act of a prisoner due for promotion suspension pardonable, warden may hold announcement of his/her promotion suspension within a prescribed deadline; however, where the prisoner shall commit another disciplinary regulation violation within the designated period, the due announcement shall still be made.
