Statute of Progressive Execution of Penalty Article 40
Level 2 prisoners possessing skill expertise and achieving excellent work performances may be appointed to serve as the work instructor’s aide.The aforementioned prisoners are allowed to attend to their own work outside the prescribed work period; however, maximum length of the extra work period shall be two hours per day.

第二級受刑人中，如有技能而作業成績優良者，得使其為作業指導之輔助。
