Statute of Open Prisons Article 22
An inmate who works shall be rewarded labor wages. To determine the amount of labor wages, the inmate's conduct and working performance shall be considered.Regulations governing the payments referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Justice.
