Enforcement Rules of the Classified National Security Information Protection Act Article 35

The term "publish" referred to in Article 33, Paragraph 2 of this Enforcement Rules and Article 31, Paragraph 1 of this Act, means that the original declassification authority may publish the declassification in official gazette or newspaper, or post it on the agency's website, or by other means accessible to the public.
