Classified National Security Information Protection Act Article 25
Any legal proceeding accepted by the prosecution and the court shall not be adjudicated in public if classified information is involved.The prosecutor or judge may, in accordance with his or her authority or upon motions, deny or restrict the scope of confrontation or examination if classified information is likely to be disclosed during the confrontation or examination process.

法院、檢察機關受理之案件涉及國家機密時，其程序不公開之。
法官、檢察官於辦理前項案件時，如認對質或詰問有洩漏國家機密之虞者，得依職權或聲請拒絕或限制之。
