Act on Property-Declaration by Public Servants Article 20
The implementation date of this Act shall be ordered by the Executive Yuan in conjunction with the Examination Yuan and Control Yuan.The provisions of this Act were revised on January 10, 2014 and May 30, 2022 shall take effect starting from the date of promulgation.The provisions of this Act were revised on December 30, 2020 and shall take effect from January 1, 2023.
