Enforcement Rules of the Administrative Execution Act Article 35
When placing a person under physical restraint in accordance with Article 37 of this Act, the executor shall inform the competent superior officer of the reasons for restraining. The enforcement authority shall inform said person of his/her spouse, his/her statutory agent, appointed relatives, friends, and other proper authorities, of the reasons for restraining except when the executor cannot inform the mentioned people of the reasons for restraining.

依本法第三十七條執行對於人之管束時，執行人員應即將管束原因及概略經過報告主管長官；執行機關並應儘速將管束原因，告知本人及其配偶、法定代理人、指定之親友或其他適當之機關（構）。
