Enforcement Rules of the Administrative Execution Act Article 31
When the enforcement authority executes closing a place in accordance with subparagraph 2, paragraph 2, Article 28 of this Act, it shall appoint members to display the disposition documents and the description of the closed range at the closed place, and set barriers at each entrance and exit.
