Enforcement Rules of the Administrative Execution Act Article 25
When the branch of Administrative Enforcement Agency discontinues the execution of the attached property, if there are other cases sent from executing court to consolidate the execution, the enforced execution procedure shall be maintained in its original condition, and the related dossier shall be transferred to the executing court to be continued executing, in accordance with the paragraph 3, Article 33-1 of the Compulsory Enforcement Act.

行政執行處就已查封之財產不再繼續執行時，如有執行法院函送併辦之事件，應維持已實施之執行程序原狀，並依強制執行法第三十三條之一第三項規定將有關卷宗送由執行法院繼續執行。
