Enforcement Rules of the Administrative Execution Act Article 19
Before the monetary obligation under public laws has been transferred to the branch of Administrative Enforcement Agency, unless otherwise provided by the laws or regulations or transferred to execute by the execution certificate, the original disciplinary agency or the competent administrative authority should notify the obligor to pay off as possible.
