The Administrative Execution Act Article 5
Administrative execution shall not be executed at night, on Sundays or holidays, except in instances the enforcement authority deems urgent, or has been given consent by the obligor.Executions started during daytime can continue into the night.During an execution, executors should provide identification to obligors. When necessary, personal identification or other documents may be requested of obligors or persons of interest.

行政執行不得於夜間、星期日或其他休息日為之。
但執行機關認為情況急迫或徵得義務人同意者，不在此限。
日間已開始執行者，得繼續至夜間。
