When making the determination concerning the repatriation of the sentenced person under Article 6, the MOJ shall convene a meeting to be attended by representatives of the relevant authorities; it may also invite experts and scholars for consultation.If the opinions provided by the relevant authorities concern national defense or other national security secrets and ought to be kept in secrecy, all related documents shall be kept confidential.

法務部辦理遣送受刑人而為第六條之認定時，應召開會議邀請相關機關代表出席共同審議之，並得邀請專家學者提供諮詢。
相關機關之意見涉及國防或其他國家安全等機密，認有保密之必要者，相關書件應予封存。
