Regulations of Electronic Monitoring for Sexual offenders under Probation/Parole Supervision Article 4
The electronic monitoring in the Regulations herein shall be commanded and executed by the prosecutor.For the purpose of the electronic monitoring, the responsible authorities shall install essential equipment, set up a monitoring center and retain personnel where necessary.
