Regulations of Electronic Monitoring for Sexual offenders under Probation/Parole Supervision Article 16
The Regulations herein shall be effective on January 1, 2012.These amended articles of the Regulations, with the exception of the articles amended and promulgated on September 14, 2018, which shall be implemented from May 25, 2018, shall otherwise take effect from the date of their promulgation.
