The board of directors of the Association of Rehabilitation Protection may make a resolution to award a bonus to the personnel involved for his/her extraordinary management and application of the assets.The criteria of such bonus mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Association of Rehabilitation Protection and submitted to the Ministry of Justice for final approval.

更生保護會對於會產之管理及運用績效卓著者，得經董事會決議，酌發績效獎金。
