Rehabilitation Protection Act Article 16-1
The Ministry of Justice may take the following measures depending on the circumstances, if the rehabilitative protection business is badly operated or violate the laws, regulations or the permission of establishment.1. Correcting or redressing.2. Rectifying and reforming within the specified time.3. Dissolving the board of directors.
