Members of the Standing Committee of a branch are subject to qualifications of appointment in accordance with Article 79, Paragraph 1,subparagraph 2 to 4 of the Act, which refers to those recommended by professional associations such as local Bar Associations, counseling psychologists associations, clinical psychologists associations, social worker associations, etc.
