Enforcement Rules of the Crime Victim Rights Protection Act Article 21
In order to implement the provisions of Article 48 of the Act, the competent authority shall formulate regulations regarding training, certification, supervision, selection and appointment, ethics codes, reasons for recusal, and other related matters related to restorative justice facilitators.
