1 The methods of report or referral provided in Article 28 of the Act can be carried out via words, telephone communication, facsimile, or other technological equipment, along with written records.2 The report or referral in the preceding paragraph, shall pay attention to protect the secrets or privacy of the crime victim and their family members from being disclosed.
