Crime Victim Rights Protection Act Article 57
The amounts of compensation payable to various crime victims are as follows:1. Survivors compensation: NT$1,800,000.2. Serious injury Compensation: NT$800,000 to NT$1,600,000.3. Sexual assault Compensation: NT$100,000 to NT$ 400,000.4. Overseas compensation: NT$200,000.When the accumulative growth rate of the consumer price index released by the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics reaches 5%, the competent authority shall report to the Executive Yuan for approval and adjustment of the amounts specified in the preceding subparagraphs.

各類犯罪被害補償金之金額如下：
一、遺屬補償金：新臺幣一百八十萬元。
二、重傷補償金：新臺幣八十萬元至一百六十萬元。
三、性侵害補償金：新臺幣十萬元至四十萬元。
四、境外補償金：新臺幣二十萬元。
前項各款所定數額，於中央主計機關發布之消費者物價指數累計成長率達正百分之五時，主管機關應報請行政院核定調整之。
